Who re-instates a Storage Warehouse license?

  • All requests for licence reinstatement shall be forwarded to the Trader Management Office.
  • The responsible Manager shall present the request to LRCC (Licensing, Registration and Cancellation Committee).
  • If the LRCC is satisfied that the reason(s) for the suspension no longer exist(s) and the appropriate steps have been taken to prevent occurrence(s) of a similar nature in future, the proposed licence may be reinstated.
  • LRCC shall notify the relevant Branch Office of the outcome.
  • Client shall be informed of reinstatement on SC-CF-05-A10 by the relevant Branch Office.
  • Cancelled licence will not be reinstated. The holder of the licence that has been cancelled has to re-apply for a new licence to conduct business with SARS.
