Amendment Acts

Please note that the Amendment Acts have been arranged in descending order according to the years when they
were promulgated. 

The last column indicates the date on which an Amendment Act was promulgated.  This date serves as the implementation
date for all the sections of the Amendment Act where a specific date is not indicated. Where it is indicated that a section
will come into operation “on a date to be fixed by proclamation in the Gazette”, it will be done at a later date and the
Proclamations will be published on the web site after publication.
