Required fields for credit push

The following fields will be required dependent on the banking product selected:
 
Top Tip: If more than one user is registered on an internet banking profile, each user will have a unique user number assigned to them. This unique number will show which user has processed transactions on the account.

ABSA

Cash Focus
Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
Account Number: The account number that will be debited
Account Type: Select the account type: Current, Savings, etc.
Group Number: Is the user ID which uniquely identifies the organisation – this information must be obtained from the bank. This is the first five (5) digits of the Cash Focus user code.
User Number: More than one user may be registered on a profile and each user must have a unique number/identifier. This is the last three (3) digits of the Cash Focus user code.

ABSA Corporate
Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
ABSA ERP Reference: This is mainly used by corporate companies that have a direct interface with ABSA and they will use their corporate integration reference.

ABSA Direct/Internet banking
Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
Account Number: The account number that will be debited
Access Number: For internet banking it must be the same number as the account number that was used in the field Account number. For ABSA direct - Is the user ID which uniquely identifies the organisation – this information must be obtained from the bank.
User Number: More than one user may be registered on a profile and each user must have a unique number/identifier.

Bidvest Bank
Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
Account Number: The account number that will be debited

Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
Account Number: The account number that will be debited

Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
Access Number: 18000005
User Number: More than one user may be registered on a profile and each user must have a unique number/identifier. This is the vendor code provided by CitiBank.

Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
Account Number: The account number that will be debited

Account Number: The account number that will be debited
HSBCnet ID: From the 7 character onwards of the HSBCnet profile
User Number: The first 6 characters of the HSBCnet Profile

Profile Number: Is the client’s login profile number used when logging into internet banking

Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited

Important notice to Standard Bank clients using Mybills: When Mybills is set up as a credit push the client need to ensure that the ID number on the eFiling profile from where the payment will be made is the same as the ID number on the bank application Mybills as Mybills will call the bill based on the ID number.  Mybills client must also familiarise them with the rule when it comes to Mybills which is available from your bank. 
 
SBSA Business Online
Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
User ID: Is the business online company user ID which uniquely identifies the organisation – this information must be obtained from the bank which relates to the product. Click here for the Business Online steps.
 
SBSA Business Online (nBOL - enhanced platform)
Account Name: The name of the account that will be debited
User ID: Is the SBSA business online (nBOL)  company user ID which uniquely identifies the organisation – this information must be obtained from the bank which relates to the product. Click here for the Business Online (nBOL) steps.

Important notice to Standard Bank Business & Corporate Account Clients: For Clients who have not been migrated to the enhanced platform, please continue to select the Standard Bank Business Online option and not Standard Bank Business Online (nBOL). Personal Banking account clients are not impacted.

Standard Chartered Bank

Account Number: The account number that will be debited
Access Number: Is the user ID which uniquely identifies the organisation – this information must be obtained from the bank.
User Number: More than one user may be registered on a profile and each user must have a unique number/identifier.
