- 11% stated that their tax practitioner submitted returns on their behalf.
- 9% of respondents manually submitted at the branch.
- 5% used the new eFiling mobile apps to do their filing.

3% thought that registering for their water bill was easiest, while 9% thought registering a new car was easier.
8% indicated that getting broadband installed was easier, while 6% said that querying their phone bill was easier.
An overwhelming 73% of South Africans stated that filing their tax returns through eFiling was the easiest of the five.

- 36% preferred English only
- 35% preferred English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, Setswana, Tshivenda and Xitsonga
- 10% preferred the website be in all eleven languages
- 16% preferred English with translation on request
- 4% preferred mainly in English with core pages translated
