No, these two validity periods are independent of each other and it is the responsibility of traders to ensure their CSK compliance.
FAQ: Will SARS limit the number of assessments per year after roll out?
It is anticipated that after initial roll-out and prior to the lapsing of the three-year CSK validity period, clients will want to undertake CSK assessments. SARS will after the initial roll-out review its capacity plan and re-publish the venue/date availability in order to allow clients the opportunity to book for CSK purposes.

After the initial roll-out, SARS will determine a date, in relation to its capacity, and announce when the next round of tests can be undertaken.

If it is after the four days of the slot’s closing time, there is no need to call the venue coordinator as he/ she cannot delete the booking as the slots will be closed. If it is before the time, the booking can be cancelled online and a new date can be booked.
