25 April 2012 – Implementing requirements for new dividends tax
Companies and regulated intermediaries that need to submit tax returns and make payments to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for the new dividends tax have been able to do so from 20 April 2012. SARS eFiling or a SARS branch office may be used for this purpose.
