They can immediately re-book another test online or at the training venue

Unlimited number of times but they need to book for a test.

They will receive the results immediately after the test.

No. There is a pool of questions and these will be picked on a random basis for each client type test

FAQ: How will they know what chapters of the Act to focus on for each client type test?

There will be a full list on the NCAP website of what chapters relate to each client type test.

FAQ: What do nominated employees have to bring along when they write the test?

FAQ: If we want one person to write several client type tests, how do we do it that it doesn’t waste too much time that they would be off work?

When you book, you can try and book for several client type tests in one day but for different sessions as there will be multiple sessions of tests running per day at each training venue.

FAQ: Why can a nominated employee not write one test for all applicable client types?

The requirement and chapters covered per client type differs and therefore the employee must write each test per client type.
