FAQ: What will happen if a client has not written the CSK test and they wish to re-register or register for a new client type?
The Identity number on the Registration/ Licensing application would be used to validate the Client’s Employee certification results against the Client Sufficient Knowledge database. If not, the application will be rejected.
FAQ: How long will be given between going live with the CSK test and the start of Re-Registration?
There will be at least five months between the two, but employees can continue to write the CSK throughout the period of re-registration.
FAQ: What if the qualified employee leaves my employ?
You will need to nominate another nominee to write the test as the qualification is linked to the person and not the company
FAQ: Once a person has passed, for how long is the CSK qualification valid?
The CSK qualification is valid for three years; in the last year the Employee/ Employer will receive a notification to renew in advance.
FAQ: Explain how the profile is created on eFiling?
The Employer will register on the CSK web page. Information will be stored and after nominating an Employee, the Employee will register and the data will be validated against the Employer. If successful, access will be granted to the Employee.
