FAQ: If we want one person to write several client type tests, how do we do it that it doesn’t waste too much time that they would be off work?
When you book, you can try and book for several client type tests in one day but for different sessions as there will be multiple sessions of tests running per day at each training venue.
FAQ: Why can a nominated employee not write one test for all applicable client types?
The requirement and chapters covered per client type differs and therefore the employee must write each test per client type.
FAQ: Can the same employee write more than one client type test?
Yes, if different bookings were made for multiple client types. An employee cannot, however, write different tests for different client types in one session.
FAQ: How many employees can write a CSK test for each client type?
SARS has limited the number to two in the initial registration/licensing phase as is required under the new Customs Control Act as it has insufficient capacity to accommodate ALL traders’ employees for certification.
