Thank you for responding to our request and agreeing to help test SARS’s artificial intelligence (AI) website assistant, which we plan to implement in June.
The SARS AI website assistant uses the latest AI technology to provide quick and accurate answers based on published information, user guides, and other SARS systems which are publicly available on the website.
To ensure that the AI assistant works well, we invite you to participate in our focus-group testing and to share your thoughts on the design and functionality of the solution.
We kindly request that you provide your test feedback by clicking on the “Ask the AI Assistant” button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Please play around and ask the AI assistant any questions about your field of work, tax legislation, SARS processes, and any other topic related to SARS.
