FAQ: What happens if I cannot make it to a booked test due to operational reasons? Who do I contact to inform them?

If it is after the four days of the slot’s closing time, there is no need to call the venue coordinator as he/ she cannot delete the booking as the slots will be closed. If it is before the time, the booking can be cancelled online and a new date can be booked.
