All requests for licence reinstatement shall be forwarded to the Trader Management Office. The responsible Manager shall present the request to LRCC (Licensing, Registration and Cancellation Committee). If the LRCC is satisfied that the reason(s) for the suspension no longer exist(s) and the appropriate steps have been taken to prevent occurrence(s) of a similar nature in future, the proposed licence may be reinstated. LRCC shall notify the relevant Branch Office of the outcome. Client shall be informed of reinstatement on SC-CF-05-A10 by the relevant Branch Office. Cancelled licence will not be reinstated. The holder of the licence that has been cancelled has to re-apply for a new licence to conduct business with SARS.
