A search can be done by selecting SARS Correspondence in the left handside menu. Then select Search Admin Penalties to find the notices that has been issued.
Top Tip: Should this not be available, make sure the IT Admin Penalty option was activated under Tax Types.
To activate the IT Admin Penalty option select:
- Home
- User
- Tax Types
- Tick the box next to IT Admin Penalty
- Then click Register.
You can then search under SARS Correspondence again for a copy of your Penalty Statement of Account.
