How do I request an ITR12 return on eFiling?

Follow the steps below to request an Income Tax return:

• Log in to eFiling
• Click on “Returns Issued”
• Click on “Personal Income Tax (ITR12)”
• On the right-hand side of the screen select the tax year for the return you would like to request (2023) and then click on “Request Return”
