Customs and Excise – Key Industry Management Forum Terms of Reference

13 December 2024 – The Customs and Excise Key Industry Management Forum composition, mandate and meetings procedures were included as part of the Stakeholder Engagement Terms of Reference (TOR). This Key Industry Management Forum is being established as a standalone forum with its own TOR. The TOR has been developed and published to:

1. Promote collaboration between SARS and industry on regulatory, operational and strategic issues;
2. Provide the composition of the forum;
3. Clarify the mandate and objectives of the forum; and
4. Provide the key focus areas specific to the Key Industry Management Forum (KIMF).
