Enhancements to the Disputes Process

6 December 2021 – The disputes forms i.e. Request for Remission (RFR), Notice of Objection (NOO) and Notice of Appeal (NOA) have been enhanced on eFiling to the HTML format. The process on eFiling to submit a Personal Income Tax (PIT) and/or Corporate Income Tax (CIT) dispute was improved to be more intuitive and the taxpayer will be presented with the next step based on previous dispute steps taken.
