1 August 2021 – Customs & Excise Act, 1964: The tariff amendment notices, scheduled for publication in the Government Gazette, relate to the amendments to –
- Part 3 to Schedule No. 2 by, the substitution of item 260.03/7318.15.39/01.08, in order to extend the safeguard measures on imports of screws fully threaded with hexagon heads made of steel at a rate of 35,6% – ITAC Report No. 668 (with effect from 2 August 2021 up to and including 1 August 2022);
- Part 3 to Schedule No. 2, by the substitution of item 260.03/7318.15.39/01.08, in order to extend the safeguard measures on imports of screws fully threaded with hexagon heads made of steel at a rate of 30,6% – ITAC Report No. 668 (with effect from 2 August 2022 up to and including 1 August 2023); and
- Part 3 to Schedule No. 2, by the substitution of item 260.03/7318.15.39/01.08, in order to extend the safeguard measures on imports of screws fully threaded with hexagon heads made of steel at a rate of 25,61% – ITAC Report No. 668 (with effect from 2 August 2023 up to and including 1 August 2024).
