24 June 2021 – Customs & Excise Act, 1964: The tariff amendment notices, scheduled for publication in the Government Gazette, relate to the amendments to –
- Part 1 of Schedule No. 4, by the substitution of Note 2 to Rebate Item 407.00, in order to correct the reference to rebate item 407.01/00.00/01.02 to 407.01/00.00/02.00;
- Part 5 of Schedule No. 5, by the substitution of Note 5, in order to correct the reference to rebate to read as refund; and
- Part 6 of Schedule No. 5, by the substitution of Note 4, in order to correct the reference to rebate to read as refund.
