15 December 2021 – Customs & Excise Act, 1964: The tariff amendment notice, scheduled for publication in the Government Gazette, relates to the amendments to –
- Imposition of provisional payment in relation to anti-dumping duty against the alleged dumping of frozen bone-in portions of fowls of the species Gallus Domesticus, classifiable in tariff heading 0207.14.9, originating in or imported from Brazil, Denmark, Ireland, Poland and Spain – ITAC Report 678 (with effect from 17 December 2021 up to and including 14 June 2022);
and
The correction notices relate to the amendments to –
- Part 1 of Schedule No. 1 –

- By the deletion of tariff headings 96.17, 97.02, 97.03, 97.05 and 97.06 where it appears under substitutions in Notice No. R. 1088 of Government Gazette No. 45378 on 22 October 2021; and
- By the substitution of the descriptions of tariff headings and subheadings 2404.11.15, 7001.00, 8806.23, 88.07 and 8807.10 where it appears in Notice No. R. 1088 of Government Gazette No. 45378 on 22 October 2021 (with effect from 1 January 2022);
- Part 2B to Schedule No. 1, by the substitution of the wording “G.V.W” with the word “G.V.M” in tariff items 126.04/8704.41 and 126.04/8704.51 where it appears in Notice No. R. 1086 of Government Gazette No. 45378 on 22 October 2021 (with effect from 1 January 2022); and
- Part 3E to Schedule No. 1, by the substitution of the wording “G.V.W” with the word “G.V.M” in tariff items 153.04/8704.51 and 153.04/8704.52 where it appears in Notice No. R.1082 of Government Gazette No. 45378 on 22 October 2021 (with effect from 1 January 2022).
