17 November 2022 – Customs & Excise Act, 1964: The tariff amendment notice, scheduled for publication in the Government Gazette, relates to the amendments to –
- Part 1 of Schedule No. 3, by the deletion of rebate item 304.07/0404.10.01.06, which provides for a rebate of full customs duty on demineralised whey powder used in the manufacture of prepared infants food – ITAC Report 650.
