SARS AI Assistant allows taxpayers to interact online with SARS 24/7

12 December 2024 – The first phase of our new SARS Artificial Intelligence (AI) conversational platform, “AI Assistant,” provides responses in real time to questions from taxpayers, traders, and travellers based on published information, user guides, and other SARS systems which are publicly available on the website. AI Assistant is accessible via the SARS MobiApp or find it on the bottom right of the SARS website’s landing page, www.sars.gov.za.
