Access to Information

This area explains SARS’ role in terms of some of the other Acts of Parliament under which SARS is bound to act. Those Acts are not administered by SARS, but by other departments.

The first area is that of making certain information available to the public, such as SARS’s functions for instance, under section 14 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, Act No. 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Access all the information you need on how to request information on the PAIA page.
