2 November 2026 – Customs and Excise Act, 1964: The tariff amendments notices, scheduled for publication in the Government Gazette, relate to the following amendments, with effect from 4 November 2026 up to and including 1 December 2026:
- Part 3 of Schedule No. 6, as a consequence of the reduction in the general fuel levy as announced by the Minister of Finance on 21 October 2026; the diesel refund provisions are adjusted accordingly
- Part 5A of Schedule No. 1, to provide for a reduction of 150c/li in the rate of the general fuel levy from 410c/li to 260c/li on petrol and a reduction of 300c/li from 393c/li to 93c/li on diesel in order to give effect to the announcement by the Minister of Finance on 21 October 2026
