eBooking enhancements

23 August 2021 – The eBooking system has been enhanced and updated with the following features: An auto reminder SMS/email will go out to the taxpayer at least 24 hours before the taxpayers’ appointment, all requirements for ‘certified’ copies of supporting documents were removed, mobile tax units and pop-ups were added as a channel option and more.
