Whether the preservation order granted in November 2024 could be varied to permit the Curator to sell 5 properties in Sandton which Mhkize was the beneficial owner of, and to hold the funds realised from the sale in an Attorney’s trust account pending action proceedings to be brought by SARS to use the funds to set off Mhkize’s tax liabilities.
