It is sometimes necessary to look at older documents where a sequence in policy changes on legislative provisions has to be established.
Therefore, this archive hosts copies of certain Legal Counsel documents that have been withdrawn or replaced, but are still needed for research or reference purposes. However, it is not an extensive archived library of all Legal Counsel documents.
