When updating to the latest version of [email protected]™ Employer, make sure you are using a recent version of Adobe AIR.
If the following error message appears:
Take these steps to fix this:
- Download the latest version of Adobe Air – you can access this from Browser compatibility guidelines.
- Then simply run the setup file again – Setup employer.exe.
- If you are still getting and error message – uninstall the software and visit [email protected]™ the guide or SARS eFiling to download the latest version.
Top Tip: When the pop-up message appears advising you to update to the latest version of Adobe AIR, click “Yes” to make sure you do not have any problems in the future.
