Payment Arrangements
SARS offers payment arrangements, making it easy for you to stay up to date and compliant.
Note: Important for payment arrangement
- If the taxpayers cannot pay the debt over a period of 1 to 12 months, they must submit the completed Collection Information Statement CIS form to request for deferred payments.
- Provide accurate supporting documents about your financial situation.
- Once your payment arrangement is approved, make sure you make payments according to the specified payment terms.
Note: Late or missed payments will lead to SARS charging interest and /or penalties.
