Tax rates are proposed by the Minister of Finance in the annual Budget Speech and fixed or passed by Parliament each year.
11 March 2025 – The Budget Tax guide will be published on 12 March 2025 after the embargo is lifted and the Minister of Finance started delivering the Budget Speech. Keep an eye on the Budget webpage.
In this section you can find a list of tax rates, commonly used by employer, for the past five years for:
- Tax Deduction Tables (weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual)
- Medical Tax Credit Rates
- Rates per kilometer
- Subsistence Allowances and Advances (Local and Foreign)
Information is recorded from current tax year to oldest, e.g. 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, etc.
